Robert A. Russotti handles personal injury and workers’ compensation, litigation and trials. With over thirty years of experience, he provides skilled representation to clients. Prior to joining Agrapidis and Maroules, Robert gained decades of litigation experience working in high volume litigation law firms, in private practice, in-house for a financial corporation, and handling insurance defense litigation and workers’ compensation respondent’s matters. He served as an assistant executive director of the largest animal humane society and sheltering system in the State of New Jersey providing legal direction and leadership for the organization. He also served as a civil case arbitrator for the Hudson County Superior court for nearly twenty years.
Robert received his B.A. in political science from Seton Hall University in 1987 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990. While in law school Robert served on the Family Law Legal Aid Department representing indigent clients in Essex County Superior Court.
Robert is currently admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1991), as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1991). He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals (1997).
