Michael Valentino received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas in 2013, where he majored in Political Science. In 2017, he received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Valentino was an active member in the Business Law Society and volunteered at the Law Office of Amanda L. Thompson specializing in employment law matters. Mr. Valentino was also a Legal Advisor with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, where he provided pro bono legal services and was awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate from the State Bar of California for the provision of pro bono legal services to low-income individuals.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Valentino served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael Antoniewicz, J.S.C., in the Bergen County, Superior Court. Prior to joining Agrapidis & Maroules, P.C., he worked at a prominent regional law firm in New Jersey as an Associate Attorney, specializing in the areas of premises liability, construction defect, and personal injury claims. Mr. Valentino has extensive experience in automotive liability, premises liability, and other general civil liability matters in the State of New Jersey as well as the State of New York. His experience includes conducting depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and pre-trial motions, as well as participating in arbitration and mediation. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York, and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
