Jerry Maroules brings over forty (40) years of legal experience to his clients and their distinctive needs. He has represented thousands of individuals and entities in successfully concluding their legal matters. Mr. Maroules takes a personal interest in all of his clients. He tries to make them feel like they are part of a family when they retain our firm to represent them.
Mr. Maroules has years of experience in business-related matters, real estate, personal injury, estates and general litigation. He has acted as lead counsel on complicated personal injury matters, estate litigation and commercial disputes. Mr. Maroules has represented plaintiffs and defendants in diverse types of cases including construction litigation, disputes between employees and employers, and landlord/tenant matters. Since joining our firm in 2012, his practice has been concentrated on personal injury and worker’s compensation cases.
Mr. Maroules received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in 1974 with a concentration in Economics and Regional Studies. In 1980, he received his MBA from Rutgers University School of Business Management. In 1983, he received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University, School of Law. Mr. Maroules was admitted to the New Jersey and New Jersey Federal Bars in 1983 and the New York Bar in 1984. Prior to joining our firm in 2012, Mr. Maroules was a partner in a general practice law firm in Fairfield, New Jersey for twenty seven (27) years. He previously worked as an associate attorney at the Law Firm of Constantinou and Carroll in West Orange, New Jersey until 1985.
Jerry Maroules has served on the Court’s roster of approved mediators, and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. Mr. Maroules previously has served as a trustee of the Bergen County Bar Foundation and as a trustee for Casa for Children of Bergen County. Mr. Maroules is fluent in Greek and serves the legal needs of our firm’s current and prospective Greek-speaking clients.
